Why one visit covers both
Most of what a tune-up covers is shared. The blower, the ductwork, the electrical, the thermostat, the filter, the condensate line — those serve heating and cooling both, and a technician in your attic can check all of it in one trip.
Year-Round does it twice because you want the AC looked at before a Texas summer specifically. Neither plan charges you twice for the same half hour.
The photos are the part people remember
Every tune-up comes with photographs of what the technician actually saw. Not a checklist with ticks on it — pictures of your equipment, your coil, your electrical connections.
You were not in the attic. The photos mean you did not have to be.
The system health report goes with them. A capacitor reading below its rating has not failed yet, but it is going to — and a number on a report in April is a decision you get to make instead of one August makes for you.

What counts as a system?
Each separate heating and cooling unit in your home. One furnace and one AC on a shared air handler is one system; upstairs and downstairs units are two. Either way the membership price is the same.
What if I have three or four systems?
Same price. That is the whole point — most companies would bill each one separately, and larger homes get the most out of this.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Year-Round is $18 a month and One & Done is $9 a month, billed monthly. Paying annually is slightly cheaper at $197 and $97, because there is less admin in it.
I have never used Goat Air before — can I try you first?
Yes. First-time customers can book a full tune-up for $50 per system, which includes the photos, the report and a free capacitor if you need one. See our first-time and one-off options.
What if I just want one tune-up, not a plan?
