$50

/ system

  • Photos of everything we look at
  • A written system health report
  • A free capacitor if yours needs replacing
  • Two systems is $100 — two complete tune-ups, not one

What a full tune-up actually covers

On the cooling side: refrigerant charge against specification, capacitor readings against their rating, compressor and fan amp draws against the nameplate, condenser coil condition, temperature split across the evaporator.

On the heating side: heat exchanger inspection, burner and ignition condition, flame sensor, gas pressure, and the safety controls meant to shut the system down when something is wrong.

Across both: filter, airflow, static pressure, electrical connections, thermostat calibration, and the condensate drain that floods a ceiling when it blocks.

Every reading goes in the report.

Do I have to join anything?

No. Both options on this page are one-time visits with nothing recurring and no renewal. If you want a plan afterward you can have one; if you do not, you will not hear about it again.

Who qualifies for the $50 tune-up?

First-time Goat Air customers. If we have been out before it is $119 for a single visit — or $97 a year on our One & Done plan, which covers every system in your home.

Is it really $50?

Yes, $50 per system, with no call-out fee on top. Two systems is $100, because that is two full tune-ups.

What does the free capacitor mean?

[HOLD — confirm with Bryce before publishing.]

Will you try to sell me a new system?

No. If something needs attention you will see a photo of it and a price in writing, and the decision is yours. If the system is fine we will say so and leave.

Do I get the photos and report even if nothing is wrong?

Yes. A documented baseline of your system’s condition is useful precisely when there is nothing to fix.

Can I book this and join the membership later?

Of course. Take whichever visit suits you, see how we work, and decide afterward. The Herd Membership is $197 a year for two visits on every system, which is the right answer if you want eyes on it every season.

What Our Customers Say

5 Stars on Google

Highly recommend Goat Air to anyone in the area! Chandler and team performed an inspection and tune up on my home’s HVAC systems. Chandler’s service is top notch and above and beyond other players in the same space.

5 Stars on Google

We needed a HVAC check on our unit and I was able to get a SAME DAY appointment. Chandler came out and was able to get us fixed up. I get so stressed calling contractors because you don’t know who is trustworthy, but these folks are so genuine. Everyone I know uses them because they are good people, and great HVAC technicians.
